We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities:
- Accept, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately document incoming and outgoing stock.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks related to the smooth execution of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and logistics.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
