- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure order accuracy and quality control throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety .
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as directed.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new tasks and operate various equipment. Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE . Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
