At Feed Energy, were looking for a BA/QA professional who thrives on solving problems and driving efficiency. In this role, youll be the go?to expert for business processes and technology solutions that optimize data and improve usability. We value bold ideas, clear communication, and collaboration. Develop clear, detailed functional requirements for new or enhanced solutions. Conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable value. Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes and drive efficiency. Experience working in a manufacturing environment and applying continuous improvement tools is a strong differentiator.
What You Will Need
Bachelors degree and 7+ years of industry experience Background in chemical engineering, manufacturing, or IT (preferred) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities Experience with software testing best practices Solid understanding of business processes and systems
