Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships to lead and expand Stereotech's ecosystem across telecom, satellite, cloud, and technology partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing high-impact alliances that drive market growth, product innovation, and global reach.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a global partnership strategy across telecom, satellite, and technology sectors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic alliances that enhance distribution, co-development, and recurring revenue.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Tier-1 partners, OEMs, carriers, and technology providers.
  • Create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies to maximize mutual growth opportunities.

Business Development & Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with product and market strategies.
  • Drive new channel and enterprise opportunities, supporting sales enablement and market expansion.
  • Build and mentor a partnerships team as the organization scales.

Execution & Management

  • Oversee partnership performance through KPIs and growth metrics (revenue, activation, retention).
  • Lead contract negotiation, integration planning, and strategic reporting.
  • Ensure all collaborations align with corporate goals, brand values, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or carrier relations within telecom, SaaS, IoT, or electronics industries.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and managing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Strong network and relationships across telecom, satellite, or technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with smart home, IoT, or connectivity-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of channel partnerships, licensing, or co-development frameworks.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and emerging connectivity technologies.
