Join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee as a skilled Forklift Operator! We are seeking experienced operators to safely and efficiently move materials within our warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Stack and retrieve products from shelves, pallets, and storage areas.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety and operational issues, reporting any defects.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including Picking and Packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
