This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Stack and retrieve products from shelves, pallets, and storage areas.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety and operational issues, reporting any defects.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including Picking and Packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
