Job Overview:
We're looking for an energetic and self-motivated
Sales Representative / Merchandiser
to support our sales team and help grow our brand presence at the retail level. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beverage alcohol industry and an interest in building a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Representatives with in-store execution, including product placement, shelf organization, displays, and promotional materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key staff
- Merchandise and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and visibility
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing replenishment orders
- Help execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events
- Collect and report store-level data, including pricing, promotions, and competitor activity
- Maintain a regular call schedule and cover assigned territory efficiently
- Attend weekly team meetings in the office, or remotely.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Education (Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus)
- Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, especially in the alcohol or FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift cases (up to 40 lbs), travel locally and work occasional weekends (Events)
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
