Our clinic boasts a team of experienced medical professionals, dedicated customer service representatives, and advanced medical equipment, all working in unison to offer the finest care and treatment services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to client inquiries;
• Greet clients, manage check-ins, and assist with treatment appointments;
• Maintain scheduling and appointment system for therapists/doctors;
• Handle client documentation, including treatment records, insurance, and payment details;
• Provide excellent client service and follow up on client needs;
• Assist with daily administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations;
• Introduce clinic services to clients, with some sales/promotion responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
• Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle pressure;
• Previous front desk, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred;
• Sales experience is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $17.6/hour, base salary + commission;
