BigGeo is scaling and we're looking for an Enterprise Sales and Solutions Representative who thrives in a high velocity, in office environment. This isn't an inbound sales role. You'll be generating pipeline, driving deals forward, and helping build the sales funnel of BigGeo's Spatial Cloud. You'll work closely with founders, engineering, and sales to turn conversations into revenue with speed and clarity.
What you'll own
- Build and manage a fully self generated pipeline across enterprise, public sector, and technology partners
- Prospect daily across email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
- Run outbound sequences that get responses and create momentum
- Qualify opportunities precisely and document everything cleanly
- Lead discovery conversations that dig into real problems and connect them directly to BigGeo's platform
- Build proposals that are tight, credible, and value driven
- Navigate multi stakeholder enterprise and public sector deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot
- Partner with marketing and growth to refine messaging and outreach angles
- Help shape scalable, repeatable sales playbooks as we expand
- Represent BigGeo at meetings, demos, and in person events

What you bring
- 3 to 7 years in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven outbound experience and comfort with daily prospecting
- Experience selling to technical buyers or selling platform, cloud, data, or infrastructure products
- KPI / metrics-driven work flow
- Strong AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools to accelerate prospecting, research, outreach, and pipeline management
- Ability to run full cycle sales without relying on inbound
- Comfort in early stage environments where processes are still being built
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly
- A history of hitting and exceeding targets in competitive markets
Nice to have
- Public sector or enterprise procurement exposure
- Previous startup or high growth environment experience
