Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations through teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds regularly.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and material handling equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
