Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations through teamwork and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and material handling equipment.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
