Job Summary:
Seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and care. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
