Seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and care. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
