We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate to join our busy warehouse operations in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be a critical link in our logistics chain, ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, identify, and put away incoming inventory.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items correctly and efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including the correct usage of PPE and awareness of potential hazards.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure optimal safety and productivity.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or inventory discrepancies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet departmental goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and scanning technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Dedication to workplace safety and the appropriate use of PPE.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
