Responsibilities:
- Operate reach trucks to move, stock, and retrieve inventory.
- Safely navigate narrow aisles to place and retrieve pallets.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on reach truck equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations.
- Work effectively with the logistics team to meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous experience operating a reach truck.
- Certification or proven proficiency in reach truck operation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory control systems.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE.
