Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as assisting with inventory management. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions.
- Utilize RF scanning devices to track inventory movements and ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Stage outgoing orders efficiently for the shipping department.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and the warehouse floor.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred. Ability to perform lifting up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced order fulfillment environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE is required. This position is vital to our logistics success, requiring teamwork and a focus on quality.
