Join our team in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate and be at the heart of our e-commerce logistics! We are seeking motivated individuals to ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as assisting with inventory management. This role is crucial for customer satisfaction and requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Be a part of our dynamic and growing logistics operation.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions.
- Utilize RF scanning devices to track inventory movements and ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Stage outgoing orders efficiently for the shipping department.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and the warehouse floor.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred. Ability to perform lifting up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced order fulfillment environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE is required. This position is vital to our logistics success, requiring teamwork and a focus on quality.
