JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Regional Sales and Operations Planning Routine for the Prairies Logistics region, ensuring forecasts and inputs reflect strategy 
  • Coordination with the sales teams on forecasting performance in the region
  • Partner with commercial and BSC logistics teams to ensure execution of retail programming 
  • Understand Regional sales plans across Key Retailers, and translate to regional planning for supply chain execution 
  • Lead for NPS (net promotor score) for the region – ensuring we are actioning feedback from customers and improving YoY
  • Identify and develop strategic solutions for Service Level and Obsolescence risks across our distribution network 
  • Participate in Innovations project cycle to ensure Planning compliance 
  • Project management of non-innovation, new product launches (trade programs, packaging changeovers, etc.) with emphasis on supply chain planning inputs and outputs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare senior leader presentation-ready content for weekly & monthly S&OP and Planning team performance reviews
  • Assist with portfolio optimization KPI tracking, analysis, and execution
  • Lead the region of Prairies Logistic function to the delivery of step change improvements in cost and service. 
  • Communication of regional performance on end-to-end of supply chain upwards on main performance indicators.
  • Identifying opportunities and performing deep dives for gaps on key performance indicators including service level and supply chain loss

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

  • University degree required in supply chain, operations management, engineering, or other related degree
  • Three or more years of supply chain, commercial analysis, or relevant experience preferred
  • Strong ability to use root cause analysis to solve problems related to training or skills development in an operational environment and ability to take action quickly
  • Proven leadership, communication, and influence skills in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
  • Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and passion for continuous improvement
