Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences : Consistently provide personalized, attentive service to guests, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty through memorable interactions.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Partner with Front of House and Back of House team members to develop and implement effective systems, routines, and checklists that drive operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain Equipment and Facilities : Collaborate with Facilities to ensure clean, compliant, and inspection-ready kitchens according to ServSafe practices, HACCP logs, and allergen protocols.
