Morning Baking Supervisor

We are seeking a part-time Baker / Production Lead to manage morning baking, prep, and production for our high-volume dessert café.

• Manage all morning baking, prep, and production within the 9 AM–2 PM shift.


• Execute standardized recipes and production systems with consistency.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled prep area.


• Operate, clean, and reset commercial equipment (mixers, induction equipment, soft-serve machines).


• Prepare daily items including doughs, batters, bases, and toppings.


• Support light in-store work after 12 PM.


• Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
