About
We are seeking a part-time Baker / Production Lead to manage morning baking, prep, and production for our high-volume dessert café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all morning baking, prep, and production within the 9 AM–2 PM shift.
- Execute standardized recipes and production systems with consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled prep area.
- Operate, clean, and reset commercial equipment (mixers, induction equipment, soft-serve machines).
- Prepare daily items including doughs, batters, bases, and toppings.
- Support light in-store work after 12 PM.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation procedures.
