This role is responsible for selling banquet business across two conference rooms and semi-private dining.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and targeted outreach/lead generation.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Closing deals daily to maximize occupancy of both banquet rooms.
Client-Facing Responsibilities:
- Plan client's menus.
- Manage client relations leading up to the event.
- Create clear and concise BEOs for execution teams.
Internal Collaboration:
- Interface with Hotel Management including Director of Sales and Hotel General Manager.
- Represent our approach with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in banquet sales for independent restaurant group or hotels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Experience with Tripleseat and Google Suite.
- Interest in local food sourcing.
- Strong food & beverage knowledge.
- Familiarity with French cuisine is a plus.
