We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• Manage all aspects of kitchen management, including recipe maintenance, inventory control, and staff supervision.
• Ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH teams, promoting a cohesive work environment.

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols.
• Implement efficient systems for ordering, receiving, and storing inventory.

• Train, coach, and motivate BOH staff to achieve exceptional performance.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.

• Develop and maintain checklists and prep systems for consistent results.
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures to minimize downtime.

• Conduct regular inventory audits to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate the best prices and terms.
