Systems and Quality Control
  • Develop and maintain checklists and prep systems for consistent results.
  • Execute daily opening and closing procedures to minimize downtime.
Inventory and Cost Management
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Manage vendor relationships to negotiate the best prices and terms.
