The right person for the role is a strong copywriter, hands-on contributor, and cross-functional collaborator who crafts and executes engaging marketing initiatives – and has the portfolio to prove it.
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will...
  • Lead brand strategy and ensure a consistent, compelling voice across all channels.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to create aligned, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop thought leadership programs that position the company as an industry leader.
  • Craft customer-focused marketing that builds loyalty and fuels growth.
  • Use data and insights to measure performance and optimize results.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
  • Balance hands-on execution with high-level strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.

  • 5+ years in marketing and communications, ideally in SaaS or B2B settings.
  • A track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise across digital channels (SEO, paid media, email, content, and social).
  • Experience shaping brand strategy, driving creative development, and managing multi-channel communications.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize performance.
  • Excellent writing skills, turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources for campaigns.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM and automation platforms.
  • Agility to thrive in fast-paced environments and balance multiple priorities.

    $90,000 - $120,000, plus extended health care, RRSP matching, and more.
