Fast-growing AI consultancy seeking a high-performing individual to drive pipeline through cold outreach and global events.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years SDR/BDR experience booking 15–25+ qualified meetings/month
- Excellent English communication & professional phone presence
- High-volume outbound (70–100 cold calls/day + Linked and LinkedIn/email)
- Self-managed, metric-driven, no hand-holding
- Proven experience securing and working AI/MarTech/tech conference sponsorships & booths
- Expert with Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/SalesLoft, HubSpot/Salesforce
Your Role:
- Book 15–25+ high-quality demos/month for Solution Architects
- Fully own scheduling (zero dropped meetings)
- Source, secure, and dominate global events
- Work booths, collect leads, book on-site, follow up same day
- Build lists & run campaigns that fill pipeline
Compensation & Upside:
- $20/hr base (~$40K/yr) + uncapped bonuses
- Top performers earn $180K–$200K
- All event travel paid
- Fast track to AE/closing role for top performers
Location:
Hybrid + travel to events/clients (North America & UK)
