Working from their R&D headquarters in Milton, Cambridge, you will support the development and maintenance of Delphi-based software applications used in high-performance communication systems. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Delphi

Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to support communication system development

Contribute to the design and implementation of new product features and system improvements

Requirements:

Commercial experience with Delphi / Object Pascal programming

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good understanding of software design principles and application architecture

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
