Working from their R&D headquarters in Milton, Cambridge, you will support the development and maintenance of Delphi-based software applications used in high-performance communication systems. This is a great opportunity to join a technically strong and collaborative team in a company that designs and manufactures its own technology end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Delphi * Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to support communication system development * Contribute to the design and implementation of new product features and system improvements Requirements: * Commercial experience with Delphi / Object Pascal programming * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills * Good understanding of software design principles and application architecture * Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a chance to work on meaningful, real-world applications in a supportive and flexible environment with long-term product stability and career growth potential
