Über

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Recruiter to oversee recruitment operations in the Windsor area. The ideal candidate is proactive, experienced, and confident in managing both local and international (USA & Canada) hiring needs. You will lead a team of Recruitment Assistants, support headhunting efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and represent the company at job fairs and trade events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of Recruitment Assistants.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both U.S. and Canadian clients.
  • Create, design and execute a recruitment strategy for all positions that CPG acquires.
  • Execute strategic headhunting and sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Oversee ATS usage, job postings, and candidate screening processes.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Attend and represent the company at job fairs, trade shows, and community recruitment events.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with HR standards and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Maintain strong talent pipelines for various industries.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage Recruitment Assistant teams.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor markets.
  • Skilled in headhunting, sourcing, and recruitment strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment with a set 9–5 schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
