Kids SPOT is a pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy clinic in Springdale specializing in treating children with a variety of developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnosis. We provide primarily in-clinic treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits. We are expanding our practice and opening a satellite clinic in Rogers to further support our patients and their families!
We are looking for full-time *pediatric ST, OT and PT *who are passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment. We offer administrative support with our incredible bilingual office staff, and clinical support with our amazing leadership team! We love education and prioritize professional development opportunities to help you grow in your profession. We consider ourselves a mentoring and teaching clinic: we are passionate about collaborating and sharing our experiences, and we provide opportunities to students and clinicians looking for observation hours and clinical rotations - we're looking for professional therapists with a sharing and mentoring attitude!
Kids SPOT offers benefits to full-time employees and competitive wages. We utilize a slow-paced, 3 month onboarding process for new employees to become acclimated with our processes and get to know clients and colleagues. Our ST, OT and PT department have varied experience and areas of interest allowing for great mentorship opportunities.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
* Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
* Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
* Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment
* Document patient care services
*Requirements:*
* A current and valid Arkansas ST, OT or PT license.
* Spanish speaking skills are PREFERRED, but not required.
* Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately
* Drive to continually learn and grow
