The Position: Manage sales process from initial prospecting to account management, through phone, email, and face-to-face and video meetings. Work with hiring managers to uncover job opportunities and understand their needs Source, recruit, and interview top accounting and finance talent Match making - identify and present qualified candidates to job opportunities. Guide candidates and clients through hiring process.
