You are a highly experienced and driven B2B sales professional with a proven ability to lead the full sales cycle in a technical or consultative selling environment. Your background demonstrates success in creating pipeline from scratch, developing opportunities, and closing complex deals across diverse customer types.
You bring a proactive, self-starting mindset to new business development and are confident engaging with technical stakeholders and procurement professionals. You are highly organised, results-oriented, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets through persistent, strategic outreach and follow-through.
You excel in structured sales environments, embrace technology and tools to drive efficiency, and are recognised for your ability to influence buyer decisions and win business in competitive situations.
About the Role:
This is a commercially pivotal role focused on generating and converting new business opportunities across the UK and EMEA. As a Sales Specialist, you will lead outbound prospecting campaigns, respond to high-value inbound inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle with precision and autonomy.
This role is ideal for a hunter-type sales professional who thrives on driving activity, building pipeline, and converting new customer engagements into revenue. While you will collaborate closely with technical teams for complex requirements, you will maintain full control of your sales funnel, targets, and deal progression.
This position is office-based at our UK headquarters in Harrow and offers the opportunity to deliver direct, visible impact to our commercial growth objectives.

Qualifications What you’ll have:
Proven track record of B2B inside sales, business development, or solution selling experience
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Strong outbound prospecting skills—comfortable with high-activity environments
Proven consultative sales skills with ability to influence technical and commercial buyers
High proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
Disciplined in maintaining accurate pipeline data and meeting forecast targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in test & measurement, electronic equipment, rentals, or technical solutions
Understanding of telecom, engineering, or R&D buying environments
Familiarity with high-velocity sales operations and campaign-based outreach
Degree or equivalent in business, sales, or a technical discipline

Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Design and execute structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify and engage new business opportunities.
Full Sales Cycle Execution:
Independently manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to, negotiation, and close.
Inbound Lead Conversion:
Respond to high-quality inbound inquiries from engineers, buyers, and technical stakeholders, qualifying them quickly and advancing them through the funnel.
Consultative Selling:
Understand complex customer needs and position solutions effectively to drive buying decisions.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong self-generated pipeline with high activity and conversion discipline.
Forecasting Accuracy:
Ensure CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) are always up to date to enable reliable forecasting and reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing and technical support teams to ensure smooth pre-sales engagement, quote delivery, and customer satisfaction.
