.NET Developer

The purpose of this consultation is to strengthen the Babel team in the performance of its application development services. The existing applications are of various kinds and are at the heart of the operation of the Radio: thick client HMI for the program and grid manager, thin client HMI, API and Web SOAP Services, Oracle databases, Windows Services, etc.

Description of the profile sought:

Technical skills required:

• Microsoft Development: C# .NET Framework (3.5 to 4.8) and .NET 8
• Web App Development: ASP.NET 3.5+/HTML5/CSS/Angular 4/ TypeScript / Jquery
• Proficiency in XML and SMB, HTTP, HTTPS (SSL) communication protocols
• Development of JSON REST API web services
• Back development: services, workers....
• Development environment:
• Azure Devops
• VisualStudio
• Configuration management/sources: TFSV / GIT
• Azure devops CI/CD tools
• Controlled Windows Server environment, including IIS
• Databases:
• Relational DBMS
• .NET BDD Development: Entity Framework
• Proficiency in SQL (Queries, Scripting)
• Powershell (scripting)

Other expected skills/qualities:

• Ability to work in a team, good communication, knowledge sharing
• Curiosity and appetite for agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as for Craftmanship in software development
• Flexibility and Proactivity: autonomy, strength of proposal on innovative solutions
• Motivation to work on a perimeter with a large number of applications or modules with a wide variety of technologies and functionalities
• Required experience: 10 years of minimum professional experience (excluding internships and work-study programs)
