Your tasks
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets and technical issues
- Install, configure, and support a wide range of IT hardware and software
- Maintain data related to local users and IT assets and contribute to the global IT assets and user data management
- Provide troubleshooting end users services technical issues
- Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments
- Ensure documentation of Service Desk processes and frequent cases resolutions is up-to-date and accurate
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of Service Desk related standards
- Collaborate with Global IT team members to deploy global systems and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvements of the Service Desk services
- CFC in IT possibly supplemented by higher education in IT (or qualification deemed equivalent)
- 3-6 years of experience in IT service desk or related roles
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and services
- Good multidisciplinary technical skills in the areas of computer systems
- Working knowledge of M365, Intune, Entra services
- Fundamental knowledge of IT security and Networking
- Technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) would be a plus
- Strong customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent ability to collaborate with a local and global team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
