About

Your tasks
  1. Manage and resolve service desk tickets and technical issues
  2. Install, configure, and support a wide range of IT hardware and software
  3. Maintain data related to local users and IT assets and contribute to the global IT assets and user data management
  4. Provide troubleshooting end users services technical issues
  5. Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments
  6. Ensure documentation of Service Desk processes and frequent cases resolutions is up-to-date and accurate
  7. Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of Service Desk related standards
  8. Collaborate with Global IT team members to deploy global systems and resolve complex issues
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvements of the Service Desk services
Profile And Skills
  1. CFC in IT possibly supplemented by higher education in IT (or qualification deemed equivalent)
  2. 3-6 years of experience in IT service desk or related roles
  3. Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and services
  5. Good multidisciplinary technical skills in the areas of computer systems
  6. Working knowledge of M365, Intune, Entra services
  7. Fundamental knowledge of IT security and Networking
  8. Technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) would be a plus
  9. Strong customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  10. Excellent ability to collaborate with a local and global team
  11. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
