*Summary*
As a Licensed Practical Charge Nurse at Hanceville Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient care and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice. This position is essential for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents while leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals.
*Licensed Pratical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities*
* Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans.
* Assist in the development of individualized care plans for residents.
*Licensed Pratcial Nurse (LPN) Requirements*
* Current Licensed Pratcial (LPN) license in AL or compact.
* Experience with rehab care (short term) is preferred
* This position is a full time 6:30p-7a weekdays only or Baylor
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
