*Associate Veterinarian — Work–Life Balance by the Beach | Pensacola, FL*
*Pay:* $115,000–$165,000 + production bonus
*Schedule:* Full-time or part-time | No emergencies or on-call
*Location:* Gulf Breeze Animal Hospital — privately and locally owned, small animal practice in sunny Pensacola

We take longer appointment times so you can _practice good medicine_ — not speed medicine.

*The Role*
You’ll handle a mix of wellness, medical, and surgical cases at your own pace, supported by a skilled tech team. The role can flex from part-time to full-time, depending on your goals.
New grads are welcome — we love to teach and collaborate.

*What We’re Looking For*
* DVM or VMD from an accredited U.S. university
* Florida veterinary license (or eligible) in good standing
* USDA accreditation within six months
* Great communicator with clients and teammates
