As a Your Way Sales Consultant , you’ll have the unique opportunity to own your very own dedicated neighbourhood—just one square mile! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love being out in the field, this is your chance to shine and grow your career.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll be the driving force behind your local neighbourhood’s success. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Research and identify your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining close ties with existing accounts, tracking your activity using Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community-focused team.
- Deliver profitable volume growth and consistently hit your targets.
- Monitor competitor and market activity to ensure you’re providing the best solutions and insights from the world’s largest Foodservice provider.
We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled at winning new business but also excels at maximizing sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A background in Field Sales or Account Management.
- Commercial acumen and technical proficiency in Excel.
- A passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- A love for sales! (Food background is a plus, but not essential.)
