Stellenangebot
Wer Sie sind
- Fluent in English and German a plus if French/Spanish
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a technology-driven environment
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth startup setting
- Strong consultative selling skills with a structured, data-oriented approach to pipeline management
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder-management abilities
- Interest or background in hospitality or sustainability is a plus
Ihre Aufgaben
- Expand the customer base within the hospitality industry by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through compelling presentations and product demos
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closing
- Manage and prioritize a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve growth targets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales activities with overall company objectives
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain accurate records, and improve sales processes
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Provide regular forecasts, reports, and insights to support leadership decision-making
