Vacancy

Who you are

  • Fluent in English and German a plus if French/Spanish
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a technology-driven environment
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth startup setting
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a structured, data-oriented approach to pipeline management
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Interest or background in hospitality or sustainability is a plus

Your tasks

  • Expand the customer base within the hospitality industry by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through compelling presentations and product demos
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract closing
  • Manage and prioritize a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve growth targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales activities with overall company objectives
  • Use CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain accurate records, and improve sales processes
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Provide regular forecasts, reports, and insights to support leadership decision-making
