Wer Sie sind
- 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
- Organized, self-driven, and resilient.
- Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (a third language is a plus).
- Location: Ideally based in Germany.
- Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries.
- Bonus: Experience in sales in the hospitality industry.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions (DACH).
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling.
