Stellenangebot

Wer Sie sind

  • 1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
  • Organized, self-driven, and resilient.
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (a third language is a plus).
  • Location: Ideally based in Germany.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries.
  • Bonus: Experience in sales in the hospitality industry.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions (DACH).
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling.
