Wer Sie sind

  • French (C1+, fluent/native)
  • MUST: previous working experience in Switzerland!!!
  • min 3 years of experience as a technical Data Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI/Data Visualization
  • 3+ years of experience working with a CRM
  • Strong experience with SQL

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Define and refine data extraction methods
  • Assist in the migration of the current CRM tool to a new one for a long-term goal
  • Identify and resolve technical risks within the CRM
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of customer and member data, analyzing and correcting errors
  • Provide some trainings and ongoing support to our business user for first and second-hand level support
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to communicate project updates effectively
