Vacancy
Who you are
- French (C1+, fluent/native)
- MUST: previous working experience in Switzerland!!!
- min 3 years of experience as a technical Data Analyst
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI/Data Visualization
- 3+ years of experience working with a CRM
- Strong experience with SQL
Your tasks
- Define and refine data extraction methods
- Assist in the migration of the current CRM tool to a new one for a long-term goal
- Identify and resolve technical risks within the CRM
- Monitor and ensure the quality of customer and member data, analyzing and correcting errors
- Provide some trainings and ongoing support to our business user for first and second-hand level support
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to communicate project updates effectively
