- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2-C1). German is a plus.
- IT Related Experience
- Some experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is essential
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to understand and integrate commercial aspects into technical support
- Proficiency in application support
- Willingness to spend most of the time on-site
Ihre Aufgaben
- Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Responsible for the operation, updates, and further development of the ERP software FeneVision for one or more processing plants
- Work with ticketing tools such as Ky2Help
- Create detailed documentation for processes and solutions
- Collaborate with the development department and software manufacturer to track and resolve reported issues
- Monitor and analyse system performance to identify and implement improvements
- Assist in the integration of MES systems to enhance manufacturing processes
