Who you are

  • Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2-C1). German is a plus.
  • IT Related Experience
  • Some experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is essential
  • Commercial Mindset: Ability to understand and integrate commercial aspects into technical support
  • Proficiency in application support
  • Willingness to spend most of the time on-site

Your tasks

  • Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Responsible for the operation, updates, and further development of the ERP software FeneVision for one or more processing plants
  • Work with ticketing tools such as Ky2Help
  • Create detailed documentation for processes and solutions
  • Collaborate with the development department and software manufacturer to track and resolve reported issues
  • Monitor and analyse system performance to identify and implement improvements
  • Assist in the integration of MES systems to enhance manufacturing processes
