Wer Sie sind
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS, macOS, and various software applications
- Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or equivalent are advantageous
Ihre Aufgaben
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
