Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Assistant, or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

Ihre Aufgaben

Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Follow up with customers to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
