Who you are
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Your tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Follow up with customers to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
