We're hiring an SDR to prospect, qualify, and generate pipeline for our sales team. You'll be reaching out to high-producing real estate agents and brokerages through cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach. The work is high-volume and requires someone who doesn't take rejection personally. Here's what makes this different from most SDR roles: we promote from within, and we do it fast. This position is designed as a direct path into a full-cycle Account Executive role. Strong performers move up quickly, and our AE team is full of people who started in this exact seat. You'll sit in our Austin office five days a week alongside your sales managers, who are hands-on coaches, not distant observers. You'll get real-time feedback on calls, deal strategy sessions, and the kind of development that actually accelerates a sales career. What You'll Do
Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and social outreach Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying fit and urgency before passing to Account Executives Build relationships with high-producing agents and brokerage leaders across the country Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets Learn the real estate technology landscape and become a trusted resource for prospects early in the sales cycle Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion What We're Looking For
Experience 1+ years in a lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales role using phone, email, or social selling. Or, if you're earlier in your career, a strong desire to break into tech sales and the work ethic to back it up. BA/BS degree preferred but not required Real estate industry experience is a plus Attributes Persistent. You hear "no" dozens of times a day and still pick up the phone for the next call. Self-motivated. You don't wait to be told what to do. You find the work and do it. Competitive. You care about the leaderboard. You want to win, and you want the people around you to win too. Coachable. You take feedback seriously and apply it immediately. Clear communicator. You're sharp on the phone and can earn a stranger's attention in 30 seconds. Why This Role Direct path to AE. This is a gateway role. We prioritize promoting SDRs into full-cycle Account Executive positions over hiring externally. Uncapped commission. Aggressive, uncapped earning potential. You can earn six figures as an SDR here, and top performers do. In-office coaching. Sales managers are in the office five days a week running call reviews, shadowing sessions, and 1:1 development.
