We have been recognized as one of Inc 5000s fastest growing companies in the U.S. for 13 years in a row, and as a result, our teams continue to grow as well!/ppWhat youll do:/pulliManaging inbound leads while developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of 8ams professional business platforms various offerings/liliIdentifying and prioritizing sales opportunities/liliMaintain call volume of 45-60 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads and create an inbound pipeline/liliUpdate and maintain Salesforce database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives/liliContacting and qualifying inbound leads, educating prospects about the product, and scheduling meetings with the sales team./liliEngage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence/liliWork closely with marketing and sales to develop opportunities through inbound efforts/li/ulpAbout you:/pulliYou have the ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter/liliYou are a great listener/liliYou are adept at investigation and research/liliYou are a natural storyteller/liliYou are curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo/liliYou have strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills/liliYou have experience selling technology and/or software/liliYou are highly organized and strong time management skills/liliYou have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction/liliYou have hustle and persistence/liliYou have demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation./li/ulpMust Haves:/pulli1-2 years of sales experience or or customer oriented role that includes cold calling./liliSales experience and training at a Tech or SaaS company/li/ulpNice to Haves:/pulliPrior experience at a high-growth, SaaS company/li/ulpAdditional Information:/ppThe base pay range for this position is between $48,000-$50,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission opportunity. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
